Based on AI, the application allows business owners to share customer-related information with agents, managers, and employees. With one tap, these parties can access all the information. The business can easily track an order using the QR Tracking feature of the application, and in case of a delay or glitch, figure out where the problem lies. Other features of the application are AI scheduling, equipment scanning, time optimization, and on-the-spot estimation as well as reports and analytics.

From the customer end, the application allows customers can also easily place their orders or book an appointment using the application; rather than going through the hassle of calling. The customers can also track their order through the QR Tracking feature.

FieldsFlow is not only for company use, but for individual use as well. The long-term goal of the company is to become the global leader of the SAAS market.

How It Started

FieldsFlow is the brainchild of Leona Valeria Vatulia, who is a computer scientist by profession. Hardworking, focused, and determined is what describes her best. Leona says she was always passionate about doing things differently; all she needed was a push. She got this push when she, along with her partner, won the Confers Startup Expo. That is when they decided it was time to convert their dream into a reality. According to Leona, the journey was tough and they still have a long way to go, but she is proud of her achievements at this point too.

When it comes to business, Leona believes it is the sole responsibility of the owner to ensure that the business is going in the right direction and that all your customers are satisfied with you.

She says, ‘The main aim of every business should be providing excellent customer service. This is how you secure loyal customers, and also new customers since word of mouth promotion is one of the most effective marketing strategies’.

Leona says she has no plans to expand her business in her near future. She feels by staying small, she can connect to her customers – the application users – on a personal level.

Leona’s hobbies and interests include swimming, reading and exploring new things everyday! She is an avid book reader, and thus she spends a lot of time reading. ‘Knowledge is power. It’s what enables us to take a big step in life. Sure, intelligence plays an important role too; but a person who doesn’t have knowledge won’t know how to make use of that intelligence’, she says. Her main inspiration is Bill Gates, whose invention proved to be a breakthrough in the technological world.

Coming to achievements, Leona certainly has a lot to brag about. She was one of the 4 people who were nominated to be a part of International Global Business in Computer Science in 2019. Apart from this, she is also a part of 3 other organizations – International Web Association, Association of Computing Machinery, and International Economic Association. But she doesn’t want to stop here. She wants to become an inspiration for all the people who are currently struggling to get a hold of their dreams.
